• Document verification failure: If required documents are not provided or fake documents are submitted
• Money laundering suspicion: If we believe an account is being used for money laundering
• Inactivity: If the account remains inactive for an extended period (12 months)

Suspension process: If your account is suspended, we will notify you via email and explain the reason. You will have the opportunity to appeal.

Fund return: If your account is terminated for legitimate reasons, your remaining balance will be returned. However, if fraud or rule violations are proven, funds may be forfeited.
